Barack’s silly plans have a source that’s no mystery:
He’s learned economics from socialist history
by taking his cues from a Communist master,
The guy who steered Cuba to such a disaster,
the leftists’ most favored red tyrant since Mao:
It’s loveable Castro that’s showing him how.
Fidel took Havana and handily seized
All privatized business whenever he pleased.
We’d say that Barack’s got some similar plans
To grab private assets with government hands
By taxing some profits he thinks are excessive,
pursuing Big Oil with a zeal so impressive.
We’d say that taxation by random decree
Is Castro-like --- just to a smaller degree!
On top of this nonsense Obama has yearnings
for redistribution of company earnings
as “rebates” to help all us suffering folk –
though their “stimulus” reason is proven a joke.
Take corporate profits to give to the people?
We think that Barack should go back to the steeple
And preach about “change” for the rest of the summer.
For electoral hopes his idea’s a bummer
That proves that he steps to a socialist drummer.
As the months roll along, he gets dumber and dumber!
